• Question: Why do we get a stich?

      This is a a build of of lactic acid in your muscles, this is the waste product made my your muscles as a result of working without oxygen for a short period, when the oxygen returns to the muscles the stich will reslove.

      As Bob says it’s to do with the way the muscles react when they are worked hard. The fitter you are the less likely you are to get a stitch
