Question: when will the world end and why?

Tricky question. I honestly don’t know, but I don’t think we will be around to see it. I hope it’s something peaceful and we as a species were able to leave the planet before it all goes.

That’s kind of a philosophical question – it depends what you mean by ‘world’ and ‘end’. The world ends for each of us when we die, so the answer will be different for everyone. In terms of the planet – it will eventually get swallowed up by the Sun, but that doesn’t mean it’s ended, just that its converted into something else – have you learnt about the laws of energy conservation?

I have no idea, but I think it’s likely that the earth will last longer than the human race that inhabits it.

I think a better question for that is; ‘When and HOW will the earth end and why’ because asking this question makes the scientists more interested about how the world will end.
