The fatty sorts, they will have the biggest caloric value, best to be avoided, but once in a while isn’t going to do you much harm. Everything in moderation.
Anything that combines fat with sugar – (so basically all the nice stuff, cakes chocolate etc). There is somethig called Kendal Mint Cake that is a mix of fat and sugar that people who climb mountains eat to give them instant energy – it has loads of calories.
