• Question: how much water do you drink a day?

      I don’t drink a great deal of water on it’s own unless it’s really hot (so currently hardly any at all!) I’m a great tea drinker – probably at least 5 mugs a day.

      I drink when I can, I probably don’t drink enough. But about 1.5L is my average.

      Probably a couple of pints, but there is liquid in all of our food (even crisps!) so my total liquid intake will be much more.
