• Question: how many cells have you grown?

      Over the years the total number would probably amount to millions. If you are asking me how many types of cells I have grown then that would reduce the numbers down considerably but it’s still probably in the 100s.

      None in a laboratory but trillions in my body!!

      Trillions in my own body, a few thousand in a lab. and a few hundred in a cupboard (seriously, if you do it right and have the right growth mediums you can grown insect cells just about anywhere and they don’t mind about not being 99.9% clean all the time, unlike human cells which are very fussy!
