It’s not always a good idea to kill of the bacteria in your body, quite a few of them keep other, more nasty bacteria away or down so you don’t get ill, you need some bacteria to help you digest your food, keep your skin heathy and other useful things.

If you have one that is aggressive and needs to be killed off, antibiotics are given to help you fight it off.

Lots of bacteria are good for us – we need them to help digest our food. But some are bad and can kill us – for those ones we can use antibiotics

Yes, you’re best only killing them when necessary. Usually your body will do it for you!
