They tend to be at body temperature, with the exception of male testicles which are designed to hang away from the body to keep them a bit cooler from the rest of the body.

All of out internal organs operate at 37.5 degrees C. It fluctuates a little but it needs to remain constant. The skins temperature, varies (deliberately – mostly) and the testicular sack has to keep cool as the testis don’t like to be too hot as they don’t work when too warm.

They are at body temperature – 37oC. Your body will do anything it can to keep you vital organs at this temperature which is why they are all grouped together in your “core”. When you hands and feet get cold and you loose feeling in them in cold weather it’s because you body has diverted blood away from your extremities (fingers and toes) to reduce heat loss and keep your core warm.
